We are a company that has been in the automation sector since 2000, designing and producing electromechanical products and equipment, and working on electronic systems. We have been operating under the name Aslan Otomasyon since 2013, we produce products and provide services for various sectors. We can develop and manufacture products for individual projects and requests.
As we produce and sell our own products, we also realize special projects for our customers' requests and carry out project-based studies. It includes electronic card production, dsp-based micro controller-fpga programming stages on the card, communication of the card with the personal and job-specific software on the pc, We can address all service areas that include mechanical structures up to a certain level. We also provide the service of the systems we produce.
Services
Oxy-Fuel and Plasma Metal Cutting
- Bellows (closed linear slide) and without bellows (open linear slide), 220-320 mm. Production of stroke, automatic height control mechanics, vertical and three-dimensional, with mechanical and electrical torch collision protection sensors.
- Oxy-Fuel cutting cnc machines for Z-axis, automatic height control mechanics (lifter) manufacturing.
- Plasma cutting cnc machines for Z axis, automatic height control mechanics (lifter) manufacturing.
- Production of capacitive electronic control device and sensor for oxygen cutting lifters.
- Production of non-contact arc control card, arc sensor and operator control panel for plasma cutting lifters.
- Electronic lighter transformer module, burner pilot gas external igniter-burner, various cables, capacitive ring electrodes, torch working height control potentiometer electronic card, plasma arc control card, capacitive sensor and ohmic sensor holder coupling and consumables manufacturing.
- Precision proportional control valve with electronic control adjustment, working without impact, for high pressure cutting oxygen.
- Fully automatic, electronic control panel, proportional valves and control system for controlling Oxy-Fuel cutting gases (annealing-cutting lpg-acetylene, annealing oxygen, cutting oxygen and first flame ignition gas).
- Manufacture of oxy-fuel cutting torch that includes everything (pilot gas flame ignition, capacitive height sensing electronic sensor, capacitive sensing ring electrode).
Electrostatic Powder-Oven Paint and Textile Flock Coating
- Manufacture of electrostatic corona powder coating systems, electronic control cards (for the control of 2 and 3 pin cascades).
- Manufacture of high voltage (100-120 kV., 100-120 uA., Negative-positive polarity, half and full wave controlled) cascade circuit modules.
- Textile flock coating systems, electronic control card and cascades production.
- Manufacture of operator control panels for powder-oven paint coating systems.
Automation / Industry 4.0 - HMI Control Software and Hardware
- Transferring and verifying the physical and electrical data in the industrial environment to special software in the computer environment, and realizing business and customer-specific services, including the stages of intervention in the systems in the field
- Electronic card design, drawing, manufacturing, testing of prototype and serial production pcbs and making them into finished end-user products, and programming of dsp micro controller-fpga on pcb.
- 2D drawing and 3D solid model design-simulation environment, the preparation of various mechanisms and workpieces, their production, assembly and commissioning activities with machining methods.
